Overview
Macaroni is a girl just like any living at the big city! Her goal in life has pretty much always been to see where it brings her, meet people, and have fun along the way -- making her come off as someone very very 'carefree', but in reality, well... her relationships are what builds her.
Don't get her wrong, she knows it could be okay to lean on friends from time to time, that's for sure. But when she first entered middle school, meeting a kid named 'Cuoris' changed her life -- following her from the early childhood to the start of adulthood, he subtly caused damage upon damage to her mind, in a way that she, herself, hasn't noticed before far too late. She was beyond repair.
After entering college, her lifelong duo with Cuoris became a trio with the arrival of a certain Scalene -- her life was going for the better! What she never did notice then, is that when the time comes that they leave, what would be left for her to do? What would she ever think about?!

Background
Macaroni could've been a nobody, had she never met Cuoris. Cuoris was overflowing with social qualities that she didn't have: charisma, conventionally attractive looks and whatnot -- making him quickly gain popularity and climb to the top, all the while bringing Macaroni in his ascent. Truthfully, Macaroni wouldn't have been who she is if it wasn't for him, and she knew it. Maybe, subconsciously, it was what led her to stick with him through thick and thin, despite, well...
Personality
Macaroni is an adaptive, outgoing and energetic girl. She's very resourceful, and tends to go towards other, more "left-behind" individuals pretty often -- as some sort of quest to make the most positive acquaintances possible! And, maybe, you know... another, cooler friend than Cuoris. But don't you go telling that around! Okay?!

The day I met Cuoris was one of the most eventless days of my life, haha. Like, no one could've predicted the amount of struggle and trouble that idiot would've brought me all along the way, gosh!!
Back when we met, he still wore glasses... I guess one day he just got rid of them! I don't specifically remember when THAT happened, thouuugh!

The first little bow my mommy got me! Oh, darn! Did she ever imagine that would be like 90% of my fashion style, afterwards?! Like, she had to know somehow! This can't be! Heheh, when I was little, I think I overdid it a little. I could wear up to 5 bows in one attire. I can't even remember where I used to put the last one!
2 were on the top-right side of my head, and 2 were at the opposite side, that's for sure. Who wouldn't do it that way?
i reminisce about...
the first prom night after I met Scalene. I was walking to the party room alongside Cuoris; we were both dressed all neat n' shiny! We were looking for Lee, both a plastic cup in hand, only for me to hear Cuoris squeeze it all of a sudden- I turned at him, confused, and then I looked exactly where he was looking, and, oh, gosh! There was Lee -- as spectacular as I had ever seen them! Truthfully, I think I felt something weird at that moment, haha!! Like, wow! Why aren't they the beauty standards, actually?!
mindset
On the "social spectrum", Macaroni is very outgoing. She's passionate, so much that it's pretty much harmful at some degree to her mental being. She thoroughly believes she's no one if she's not with someone, that her social interactions define her entirely. When losing all she has, she starts stopping to hope, care or even take care of herself. She's loving, but she usually knows when something's wrong -- although, sometimes, she'd rather stay with someone toxic than cut them off. Why? Well, that's all she has!
Relationships
cuoris - strong dislike (ex-friend, not in contact)
Cuoris was Macaroni's first and longest-lasting best friend. They would stick together through thick and thin, it's as if none of their arguments could ever separate them. But, behind the scenes, Cuoris was well aware of the power he detained on Macaroni's mind. A lot of times -- he used Macaroni and his own popularity to his advantage, for things such as influencing the class to vote for Macaroni as a class president - only for him to make the decisions in her place once she was elected, you know, so it stays her responsibility! The following of events were as clear as day, yet -- Macaroni stayed put. Cuoris... was like her brother.
"Suuuuure, he overstepped my boundaries once! Or twice... or thrice, I dunno! But I talked him out of it! He's fiiiiine, I assure you."
scalene - it could've worked (ex-friend, not in contact)
If it was all up to Macaroni, she and Scalene would still be friends -- and more! They... wouldn't have let anything of what happened that night get between them! Call it insanity, whatever you want, but Macaroni was sure, oh, so sure that she and Scalene were platonic soulmates of some sort, or something. If it wasn't for Cuoris... ah, this man took everything. He really took everything that made me happy!! EVERYTHING!!! What good am I, without the ones that made me myself?!

- Macaroni was created at the same time as Cuoris. Similarly to Cuoris, she wasn't initially meant to be a main character.
- Macaroni's first ever artwork dates back to April 19th, 2025.
- Starlum's nickname "Macaroni" was created by my best friend. Ironically, the name 'Starlum' was found about a month after her creation.
- Macaroni's favorite fruit is the apricot.
- Macaroni's favorite color is pink.
- If Macaroni had a specific j-fashion sense, she would be dressed in decora kei.
- Macaroni has a very wide range of hobbies. She does not exceel in many of them, however.
- The nickname "Macaroni" was chosen for her due to a mascot in a pasta-brand ad looking slightly like her (in-universe) and chosen because she overall looked like some weird pasta in her first artworks (in real life).
